Aytan brings a wealth of litigation experience to the firm. Aytan formerly served as a federal law clerk to Judge Kenneth Conboy (SDNY), and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Aytan tried numerous cases to verdict and argued several appeals before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division.

Aytan regularly appears in federal and state trial and appellate courts on complex commercial matters representing both companies and individuals.

Aytan is also the owner of the New York law firm of Bellin & Associates LLC, which concentrates in Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, Trusts and Estates, and Disability Planning.

Aytan received his law degree from the Columbia University School of Law. At Columbia, Aytan served as an Editor of the Columbia Law Review, was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and won other academic awards. Aytan received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University.

Aytan is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Aytan lives in White Plains, New York with his wife and two children.
