Craig Cepler is counsel at Yankwitt LLP with a practice focusing on commercial litigation in both the courts and alternative dispute resolution forums. Craig represents a wide variety of clients, including national hospitality chains, small and mid-size companies and high net worth individuals in contract disputes, employment and labor litigation, insurance coverage matters, defamation and fraud litigation.

Prior to working at Yankwitt LLP, Craig was an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group of Kaye Scholer, where he represented the Future Claimants' Representative in the asbestos-related, Chapter 11 reorganization case of Owens Corning and the receiver for failed hedge funds. He also argued before the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, on behalf of criminal defendants seeking to overturn their convictions.

While in law school, Craig served as teaching assistant for New York University President John Sexton and as research assistant for Professor Clayton Gillette.
