Alicia is an experienced litigator who represents a wide array of clients in all types of commercial litigation, including the representation of New York corporations in dissolution proceedings and shareholder derivative actions and of companies and individuals in insurance coverage disputes. Alicia also defends small and mid-sized businesses in ADA matters, which she works to resolve cost-effectively through aggressive negotiations.
Prior to joining Yankwitt LLP, Alicia honed her litigation skills at Big Law firms Patterson Belknap and Shearman & Sterling. While at those firms, she successfully represented a foreign manufacturing company in a bet- the-company litigation against its joint venture partner and defended multinational companies in Lanham Act and false advertising class action lawsuits.
Alicia strongly supports the pro bono efforts of the American Civil Liberties Union, Southern Poverty Law Center and Legal Services of the Hudson Valley.
