Overview
Ryan is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on complex commercial matters, employment actions, partnership disputes and business divorces. Ryan joined Yankwitt LLP following a three-year clerkship with the Hon. Gretchen Walsh of the Westchester County Supreme Court, Commercial Division & Environmental Claims Part. Ryan’s experience in the Commercial Division gives him a robust understanding of New York state court practice and deep familiarity with all White Plains state courthouse judges, all of which offer home court advantage to our clients with New York state court matters.
Ryan received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2019, where he was the Commentaries Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. During law school, Ryan held externships with the Hon. Andrew B. Altenburg of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and the Hon. Michael Haas of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
