Yankwitt LLP Reaches Very Favorable Settlement for Restaurant Client
Yankwitt LLP reached a very favorable settlement for its client accused of violating an employee’s rights under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act. The plaintiff alleged that he was terminated after he requested leave to go the hospital. After investigating the plaintiff’s claims, we discovered that he had committed perjury about most of the retails facts of his claim.
