Anna brings more than two decades of leadership at elite law firms and nonprofit organizations across the legal and performing arts sectors, fostering strategic growth, operational resilience and talent development.
As chief operating officer of Yankwitt LLP, Anna oversees the firm’s strategic growth, operational development, governance initiatives, business operations and innovation efforts, including the thoughtful implementation of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies across the firm’s legal and administrative functions.
Prior to joining Yankwitt LLP, Anna held leadership roles in private practice, the federal legal community and the performing arts. She served as chief operating officer of Hecker Fink LLP, where she helped oversee the firm’s significant growth and expansion into multiple states.
As Executive Director of the Federal Bar Council, she worked closely with federal judges, leading lawyers and prominent law firms, expanding the organization’s programming, operations, fundraising and strategic initiatives.
A classically trained musician, Anna held leadership and operational roles early in her career with several of the world’s most respected orchestras. Across all her roles, she has focused on building the infrastructure, strategy and culture that allow talented professionals and organizations to perform at their best.
