Overview

Philip is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on complex commercial matters. He joined Yankwitt LLP following a federal clerkship with Chief Judge Christopher B. Latham of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, where he gained experience in bankruptcy matters and handled litigation involving tax fraud, commercial real estate, family law and intellectual property. 

During his clerkship, Philip honed his analytical and legal writing skills as well as an in-depth understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.  

Philip graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he served as Articles Editor of its Law Review.
