Forbes Reports on Daniel Alter’s Cryptocurrency Case Win

Forbes has reported on a decision in a cryptocurrency case in which Yankwitt LLP partner Daniel Alter represented one of the plaintiffs. The article, “Crypto Middleman Pleads Guilty To Fraud,” provides a brief summary of the case, which involved two companies that filed a lawsuit against Barry Thompson for swindling them out of millions of dollars earmarked to buy bitcoin. Thompson pleaded guilty to fraud.
