Vogel represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real estate litigation, contract and shareholder matters, tax disputes and government and regulatory proceedings. Prior to joining Yankwitt LLP, Vogel was an associate at Kostelanetz & Fink where she focused on tax controversies, and white-collar criminal defense. Vogel also served as a federal law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ohring’s practice focuses on complex commercial matters, including contractual disputes, business divorces, corporate governance matters, securities and shareholder derivative actions, bankruptcy litigation and government and regulatory proceedings. Before joining Yankwitt LLP, Ohring practiced at large national law firms, Milbank LLP and Dechert LLP, where he represented clients in sophisticated commercial disputes and regulatory matters in state and federal courts. He also served as a federal law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
