• Federal Tax Case: Swergold represented the owner of a contracting business in criminal proceedings in the Southern District of New York involving approximately $1.8 million in unpaid taxes. Jason successfully obtained a probationary sentence rather than imprisonment, a remarkable result before a judge known for tough sentencing in criminal tax cases.
