Westchester Lawyer Publishes Yankwitt LLP Article on the Cleaned Up Parenthetical

Westchester Lawyer recently published the article, “Drafters and Editors Rejoice: The Increasing Prevalence of the (Cleaned Up) Parenthetical,” written by Yankwitt LLP attorneys Dina Hamerman and Anxhela Mile. The article, which was published in the June issue of the magazine, explains what the (cleaned up) parenthetical is, its genesis and how it is gaining momentum among litigators and judges. The article candidly describes the advantages and disadvantages of this abridged new format and in the end, the authors lean toward supporting it (just as Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas did).
