Yankwitt and Hamerman Propose Changes to FRCP and CPLR in their Latest New York Law Journal Article

Yankwitt LLP partners Russell Yankwitt and Dina Hamerman wrote an article, “Tweaking the Bar on Interlocutory Appeals: Benefits to Clients and the Federal District Courts of an Appeal as of Right From the Denial of a Motion To Dismiss,” for the January 15, 2020, issue of the New York Law Journal.
