Yankwitt LLP and Ahdoot & Wolfson, P.C. File Class Action Complaint Against Quest Diagnostics and AMCA

On June 3, 2019, Quest acknowledged that hackers accessed the personal sensitive information of nearly 12 million Quest clients. The information includes credit card numbers, bank account information, and medical information. Quest allegedly learned about the massive data breach in May 2019 but allegedly failed to alert its clients for a period of weeks.
