Russell Yankwitt to Moderate ADR Roundtable Discussion with Hon. Alan D. Scheinkman (Ret.)

Yankwitt LLP Managing Partner Russell Yankwitt will be moderating a Jewish Business Network Virtual Business Roundtable with retired justice, Honorable Alan D. Scheinkman, now a neutral with National Arbitration and Mediation, on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 12:30 p.m.- 1:30 p.m. Justice Scheinkman, who served as a commercial division and administrative judge in Westchester County before becoming the Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, will provide a primer on mediation and arbitration, how each is used and how judges view their respective roles in dispute resolution, as well as share insightful perspectives on a variety of topics including the Jewish view of mediation, the interplay of law and morality, and other thought-provoking subjects.
